These practices are echoed via their food ethos– the way they produce it, cook it and eat it, their well-known love of outdoor foraging, and their respect for nature.
Between Friday 20 and Sunday 22 October 2017, visitors to the Southbank Centre will be able to experience that unique take on life for themselves. The Great Nordic Feast will bring together the flavours, sights and aromas of Nordic cuisine.
Eight Nordic destinations will come together to serve up signature surprises from the lands of the midnight sun introducing culinary talents from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland as well as the lesser-known regions of Åland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, through exclusive lunches and dinners.
