Heidi Bjerkan started restaurant Credo eighteen years ago in Norway. After five years in Trondheim, she became the head chef for the royal family, heading up the kitchens at the Royal Palace. Eight years later she is back at Credo, bringing the restaurant to the next level with input from her close knit and passionate team.
She has two farms growing and producing all the ingredients for her culinary creations and Creo ranks in the top four restaurants in Norway.
