Meet the chefs, bakers & performers creating the feast

In September, prior to The Great Nordic Feast, an unusual and inspiring exchange of female gastronomic chefs and experts from across the Nordic regions and the UK, will take place. During our culinary celebration at Southbank Centre, they will combine their talents to serve up a crEATive Nordic eating experience for food lovers, cooked over fire. The female chefs will collaborate on site with some of the best Nordic male bakers and chefs. We call this; “Girls on fire & Boys on the rise”.

Get up close and personal with these culinary idols as they talk, bake or cook for you.
